16-29 people: Select 2 appetizers, 1 fried rice, 2 entrees from column A, and 1 entree from column B.
30-39 people: Select 2 appetizers, 1 fried rice, 2 entrees from column A, 1 entree from column B, and 1 entree from column C.
40+ people: Select 2 appetizers, 1 fried rice, 2 entrees from column A, 2 entrees from column B, and 1 entree from column C.
